 Helical bevel geared motors and helical bevel gear units as foot, flange, shaft mounted with torque arm and shrink disk

The cast iron gear boxes are rugged, vibration reducing and construed for continuous duty. Oil loss or dust intrusion is prevented by radial shaft seals with dust lips. The gear wheels of the helical geared stage are milled and the surface is hardened. The tooth flanks are grinded. The angular gear tooth system of the gear wheels ensures maximum quietness.

The helical bevel stage is milled and the surface is hardened. The position of the helical bevel stage as 2nd stage has a positive effect on the noise behaviour. The driven shaft is arranged square to the drive shaft.
