The HW series offers you electrified monorail drives for light-load applications. These angular drives are quiet in operation, low-noise and space-saving in their installation. Two sizes ensure reliable wheel loads of 2500 N to 5600 N.

This is because our drives are of course oriented to your transported goods and your application. In this way, our EMS drives ensure optimum performance, conveyor speed and lift capacity - all according to your needs.

The electrified monorail drives of the HW series are designed for applications in light load range. They comply with the specifications of the C1 Directive (VDI RI-3643) and are very quiet.

The particularly compact HW10 in right-angle design for light loads is the latest, extremely compact size for light loads and delivers a maximum torque of 20 Nm and a permissible wheel load of up to 2500 N.

A maximum torque of 70 Nm and a permissible wheel load of up to 5600 N can be achieved with size HW30.

Electrified monorail system drives for heavy loads - HK Series

The HK series is our no. 1 for heavy load applications. This EMS drive has a high level of efficiency thanks to the helical-bevel gear unit. You can choose from four sizes for wheel loads ranging from 14 500 N to 40 000 N.

Heavy duty and reliable: EMS drives for the heavy load range

Electrified monorail systems are an important tried and tested means of transport for operationally reliable transportation of heavy loads - surely in your systems as well.

Our range of electrified monorail system drives for heavy loads has a total of four sizes so that we are able to provide you with optimum support in this regard. Wheel loads of 14 500 N to 40 000 N are implemented.

In this way, we ensure optimal matching of power, conveyor speed and lift capacity of our drives to your transported goods and your application.

The latest size, the HK37 bevel gear type, completes the lower power range with a permissible wheel load of up to 14 500 N at a maximum torque of up to 220 Nm.
