When Morteza Tavadjoh found Forminkar in 1979 in Tehran, he made a product designed to last. He also created a company built on enduring values of integrity of design and engineering, quality of materials, craftsmanship in manufacturing, a high level of customer service, and flexible business system that have evolved with technology and the times.

During the early years of activity, Forminkar was involved in the design and producing casting models for different industrial parts such as cover of rails locomotive cylinder, Dorman diesel's engine cylinder, different types of pump's parts and axes in cast iron and exhaust manifold of different cars and also sensitive components for cars and other industries.

With the advent of water and wastewater industries in 1980s, production diversified with the introduction of industrial valves and the original product lines were abandoned and the company Name was changed to MIRAB.

We have obtained full product approval from all of the major water and wastewater companies and well known certification bodies such as DVGW, DQS, British Lloyd Register, INSO and we fully meet the standards of all major international institutes, proving the high quality level of our products.

We are proud of all these. they have brought us prestige, have improved our knowledge, have ensured our customers in Iran, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia on high quality components and systems and the last not the least have helped us win international projects. In the past years, we have exported 20 to 50 percent of our production abroad and we are aiming for more.

MIRAB group with 550 people, 223000 m2 of land, 50000 m2 of production halls,
8 complete families consisting of 65 production groups and 8580 different types of industrial valves is serving its customers in and outside Iran.
